These are great photos, everyone. Thanks so much for posting. I like the look of leather jackets, so I'm pleased to see that once upon a time they were worn with normal clothes and hats rather than the modern-day cliche of wearing leather jackets only with jeans and t-shirts.

I wear my leathers with cord,kakki or
dress pants.
I wear jeans, but only the ones that I have
worn and are soft.

After a cursory viewing of these vintage photos of people wearing leather jackets, I'm left to believe that it's rarely combined with the wearing of a hat like a fedora, homburg, or derby. Just an observation.

Agreed. And socks can be done without and are disgusting.

Oh yeah, absolutely. They're still disgusting, tho.

I use antiperspirant roll on deodorant on my feet before I put on socks when I plan to wear boots all day.
