Back in the mid 1980s Avirex were big in England and this picture was a part of a large stand up montage advertising piece most shops used. Unfortunately Avirex did not sell wartime style B3s. Yes they sold sheepskin jackets with a B3 label but none of the jackets had B3 details such as the reinforcing on the arms, asymmetrical sewn zip or single pocket.
When I asked about the jacket General Patton wore the manager insisted that Avirex's jackets were the real thing(but repro's) of the jacket Patton wore because of the label. Sorry but I called him a 'know nothing idiot" in front of his salesman when it came to WWII jackets and was promptly shown the door.

Not sure these dudes are operating during WW2 - that's a Czech SA 23 submachine ***, only introduced in 1948, and they're using US grenades as far as I can see. Love to know when and where they ARE operating, though!
