That jacket looks like a nice jacket. I also am not familiar with "Dallas" for leather jackets. It's not necessarily a Vanson, Schott, or one of the better-known jackets we discuss on here quite a bit. Then again, it does not have to be.
Honestly, prior to FL days (late ~ 2015) I barely even paid attention to the brand of a jacket. I could tell details & quality, however. Sometimes, I think I was better off. Get what you like and enjoy wearing it. That Dallas model is a CHP design, and appears to have a type of Sam Brown belt, which are very durable and handy to use, once you learn how to use it, it is not a standard belt.
