This vintage Norddeutscher Lloyd Handelsmarine cap. I tend to favor HAPAG (Hamburg Amerika Linie) as I already have a HAPAG flag cap insignia which is what the NDL flag is on this cap:
This I found in Collector's Guild. Barring this, a decent quality repro would make me just as happy. (And yes, I would wear it.)
