That would have been about the 2nd yr of the Nome gold rush. Wyatt Earp should have been there or on his way. I like it that the Reception Saloon had "Fine Whiskies". No more rotgut!

"The Dexter Saloon," Nome, Alaska owned by Wyatt Earp in 1901. He billed it as "The Only Second Class Saloon in Alaska" probably because he didn't sell fine whiskies; he sold eastern beer only.

Could be one at the end there? Looks like a muzzle loader.
I have a breech loader from the late 1880's, it's nowhere near that long.

I noticed that. Couldn't tell if it was on a tie line or if that is just a scratch in the pic?

After you shoot the enemy with that rifle you can push 'em in the chest with the barrel to make sure they're dead, while keeping your distance.
