Guys, why don´t you cool it. I am sure it´s possible to give advice without lecturing anybody or "commanding" somebody to dress in a specific way.
We are priding ourselves to be "helpful", yet we (some) make a regular point about how "newbies" need to fit in first.
Couldn’t agree more. ^^^
OP, the fit looks great, congratulations on a fantastic jacket.

At this point, I actually think it may be a good idea for the fit check thread someone made to be pinned to the top of the forum. It's not the OP's fault, just seems like a good idea to make that thread more noticeable for new people.

Any chance this could happen? I believe this is the following thread...

This is an excellent idea–in theory.

But the realities of it: If I had pinned every deserving thread that members have requested for the past five years, the entire first page would be all pinned threads. So, pragmatically, while a good idea in theory, maybe not so much in reality.

I am a proponent of the dedicated Fit Check thread as I tire of seeing three threads of, "How Does This Jacket Fit?" on the first page. The time or two that I have caught a new fit thread before it is established, I have merged it into the dedicated thread.

When you guys see a new fit check thread pop up, notify me by PM, and, if caught soon enough, I can merge into the extant major thread. PC

We genuinely cannot confirm how the fit looks with a long untucked formal shirt.

It has nothing to do with whether or not he wants to wear it that way in daily life.

I could tell this jacket covers his belt but not his jeans pocket. For me this torso length fit is spot on. And he fills out the jacket well. I have this exact jacket in this exact size and the sleeve is also long for me by at least an inch, very unusual for RMC. This jacket looks great on the OP theres nothing more to do but to enjoy wearing it. Maybe post a pic with the fur collar they seem to really make this jacket elevate to the next level.
