Agreed, I like the new and improved version as well!

I changed my Horting & Sons london. A brand new ribbon in brown with a classic bow on it. I think it works better on this hat!

Just received this Stratoliner. Came without a liner, but I ordered one from Scott, otherwise the hat is pretty nice for its age.

Once I get the liner, I'll give a nice steam/clean treatment.

Thanks! It came from that same guy who was selling the 100 Stetson a few days ago. It was sitting there and I couldn't believe nobody went for it. The BIN wasn't horrible.

Hard to tell, doesn't look like it. When you have it in hand, you can check for evidence closer.

But it probably had a liner. I just wanted you to be aware.

I have it in hand, the only thing I noticed is that piece of yellowish cloth attached to the upper part of the crown. I first thought that it was some type of tape, but it is pretty solid in there.

Oh well, I'm going to put the liner on it anyway, it will offer some type of protection.

Here we are together..

Penny’s Marathon - Size 7

Well this beauty arrived yesterday. And here she is right outta the box with no cleaning up at all. Been wearing it all day. Don’t want to take it off.

Here are the specs...

Color light tan

Size 7 fits perfectly [emoji108]

Brim 2 5/8

About 4 1/2 crown as creased

1 1/16 matching ribbon with very cool shark gills pattern

Matching trim on brim

The beautiful tan felt is thin soft and moldable. While not the same... this is about as close as I’ve come across to the felt of my Dobbs gay prince.

It wasn’t too easy to get a look at the manufacturing tag as the liner stitches run through it... but here is what I got

I look forward to many good times with this lovely lady... oh and my wife is ok with her too.
