Great color on that one.

Let's do another one.
Peschel in sämisch quality in a size 55. It just needed a little nudge to fit me. I left this hat behind in the store two times before, but this time around its number was up. Brim at a good 6cm and crown 10cm at the center dent (which it doesn't have, but you know what I mean). It actually wouldn't take a center dent, so I ended up with this crease. The hand of the chamois felt is outstanding. I needed another, because my other Peschel ended up in Copenhagen.

If I were any happier, I may be arrested! This has been on my list for a long time. 3"x6", my favored dimension. I can see why this is a sought after model. The felt is beautiful and and thin. It will easily take a recrease, and the small spot on it will be easily removed. I think the box is called the Betsy Ross House. I'll have to research this. My thanks to Brent@ deadlyhandsome, for giving me first shot at this one! Knowing that I did not have one , and wanted one, he sold it to me at an exceptional price! Thanks again Brent!

I love everything about this Ed! I'd love to find one of that vintage and in that condition. Be careful with that "arrested" comment though. Bama' might know someone out there that could make that happen, confiscate the hat and sell it at the next police auction.
