There are already quite a few people here who have bought clothes from Pike Brothers.
And I thought it might not be a bad idea to have a thread in which interested parties could get information about the various items. The search didn't turn up any threads.

I'll start with my latest acquisition, the 1938 USN 37J1 Jacket Cadet green.
I chose a size L because I want to wear the jacket in cooler summer weather and don't need a tent where I can wear several layers.
My Deck Zip jacket and the N-1 are also size L.
I think the jungle cloth from Pike Brothers is pretty brilliant and so I wanted another jacket like it, but without the fat fleece/wool blanket. And there was only this one jacket left, which simply has a cotton lining under the jungle cloth.
Patch pockets aren't my thing, but with this jacket I'll put up with it because there's no other way to have them and I don't think they're bad. It's unbelievable how tastes can change.
I still have to measure, but I don't think the size chart fits 100%.

@MrProper the jacket looks good to me - i like the 37J1 model in particular because it is pretty comfy in summer-evenings. The cut 'n shape looks authentic kind of even though PIKE BROTHERS is not that famous for doing accurate reproductions but "look alikes" with a lill' tweak here in there to overcome shortcomings that probably had an negative impact on the original design.

As you just said there "jungle cloth" is pretty spot on - i own one of their N1 in the same material.

The jacket will certainly gain character after some wear 'n some rounds in the washer (no tumbling/no dryer) ...

1962 OG-107 pants

i own them since 2013 and they still hold up very nice

they got some interesting character during the time with nice fading

fabric is sturdy but not stiff and doesn't shrink in the washer (no tumbling / no dryer for sure)

they also have a version in MITCHELL-camo which is on my bucket-list

Here is the deck zip jacket.
Also jungle cloth lined with a kind of woollen blanket.
Size L.

Nice fit!

On my bucket-list as well ...

Very early PikeBrothers jacket had problems with the knittings. I ordered a B10 and the elasticity of the knitting around the stomach was actually not existent.

The jacket was returned without any hassle (customer service ++++) so no problem at all.
