Looking for a jacket maker who can make a jacket from my own design/specs…

I have made multiple inquiries to different suppliers. The cheap Pakistani jacket makers simply do not produce good enough quality. Better makers like Thedi will make a jacket; but only If it is an alteration to one of their own regular designs. So I’m probably looking for some individual maker, or possibly an Asian (Indonesian?) workshop. Anyone who has suggestions or knows someone – particularly if they’ve actually had a jacket made - I would appreciate all recommendations. Thanks.

I think Thedi would do it. Also Johnson Leathers, which should be better as you've set your location as New York. Can't think of any others.

Thanks for the plug.. At this time, I’m still limiting myself(or my patterning skills are limiting me) to making jackets based off of my 5 existing patterns. Better send it over to the wizards at JL!

There was the guy here (with little jacket knowledge at that) who made a 100 page document about the jacket he wanted and was annoyed that makers weren't willing to make it, haha.

I don't think many makers will typically take on a fully-custom project like this as a first-order. If there is any way you can make it easier for them by identifying the closest fitting pattern they have on hand, at least that's a starting point.

I noticed you mentioned Indonesia specifically, so @navetsea came to mind.
You can see what he's gotten done in the past and maybe he can recommend you someone solid that he's worked with
