Interesting little read here. That comment aged poorly. Not saying what people are/aren't entitled to do, but I probably wouldn't have called someone a "fool" and "sad" if they knew what they were going to do with it.

In Japan asking price for one these is ¥198000 when presented in a vintage store. That's about $1275 tax included. I just don't see the $2k plus value. Although I have no idea about the worth of that kidney belt.

I was going through my holiday pics from Tokyo and realized I saw one of these for sale at Fake Alpha. Priced at ¥30k which is about $210. Everything at fake alpha his heavily overpriced so it's probably worth about $150.
