I don't know. I like it because there is room to layer underneath. I think it fits me, but I want to be sure because it's an expensive jacket. I'm mostly concerned about the shoulders, but I think it fits.
I agree with you, it fits. It looks like a winter jacket should and if you can layer, all the better. Too many guys encaged in a too small of an N1 like a sousage. Too many in a too large one also.

Think a size smaller would also work?

My only issue with IH deck jackets was the cuff was too narrow. I have skinny wrists too, but these things always constricted them far too much for my liking.
Can I get a fit check on my Iron Heart Deck jacket?
That looks good to me, I wouldn't want it any tighter.

How do the dimensions of the IH N-1 correspond to reality? Because according to the size chart I would need XXL or XXXL and the jacket is already quite long. But when I look at wearing photos, they often don't look too long. So I wouldn't be sad if the body length was less ;-)

I’m 6’4 "and 195 lbs with long arms, and I take a size XXL. In reality, an Iron Heart XXL is an LL Bean medium tall or a Pendleton Medium. If you live in the UK, it is probably equivalent to large; in the US, it is medium tall.

Is Iron Heart the only brand the has fur lining in their pockets, or do other brands like Real McCoys do that too? I heard Iron Heart is also the only brand that does an interliner.

Out of curiosity, why did you guys how with Iron Heart over Real McCoys for your deck jacket? What are the differences if any that you prefer if you have tried on both.

Also what is your favorite color for the Iron Heart Jacket?
