H&A Sportswear. Any information on this one?

Close friend's mother found this for $17.99 while thrifting today. She knows of my interest in vintage leather jackets and phoned me asked if I'd be interested. (I WAS). Anyway, I got it home and fixed the zipper, which was starting to come off. There's a few more minor repairs I need to do still. I've seen a similar jacket once before online, but not much in terms of information about the company, or what hide this is. (No tags on the inside, or pockets. Fits me perfectly, size is about a 44/46 or so.
I love the fact that its made in Winnipeg, (Where I live). And the lining for each pocket is a different colour, (see pic 2).
Anyway, thanks again to anyone who could shed some information on this one.

Stabilized the belt, was falling apart. (Mishi helped by trying to eat the thread while I was sewing).
