Indeed, I remember thinking this was awesome looking when it came out but can't imagine it being practical at all. With that said, if it was my size I'd be tempted!

Here's something a little different (and I hope I'm posting this in the right forum.) Spotted this morning- a vintage leather jacket find by Mike Wolfe (American Pickers) on instagram. He's asking for info on the jacket maker "Buck Bernie The Cowboy Tailor" of Los Angeles. Anyone hear of them?

I’ve mostly seen this label on western clothing but a couple leather jackets as well.

His is a women’s jacket, much like the second one I show above.

He followed and messaged me trying to buy one of my Leathertogs, so we have an open line of communication and I already messaged him with these examples. I also let him know that I’m pretty sure his jacket was made by Trojan Leather Sportswear. Not 100% sure on that as the other possibility is that is was made by Los Angeles Sportogs, but I’m pretty sure it was Trojan.

Trojan is probably a good call, considering they were right down the street from each other.
