Monarch used a variety of labels. This is a label used in the 1940s. I was just looking at a thread where Dave Sheeley broke down the numerous Monarch label, but I can't remember which thread it was in! Not a recent post. If I can find it I will post it.
"A-1 Hawk Division" - I actually bought a huge, new-condition Columbia from them a few years back for a really good price. At that time, they didn't seem to know how to measure a jacket. I see they are doing much better with this Cresent now. Pre 1985 as per tag.
