I got the pictures! This is form 1958 with the "Giant" zipper. Posted about the zipper in the zip thread.

This braided trim first show in the 1955 catalog in the young people section. Those jackets are listed as Horsehide. all the following years they are listed in Steerhide.

There was also a white lapel model, 1955

I did not anticipate selling that quickly.
