You see this is the Puerto Vallarta that tourist rarely see, the food is outstanding and there is a huge swamp there that has wild Crocodiles, they have a fenced area and we counted 16 big guys there, I mean big like 10 to 12 footers..

It WAS, it's called Zarandeado Octopus, it is "painted" with 2 sauces and then barbecued and they keep turning it upside down on the burning wood, takes 30 minutes to be ready, worth the wait.

My cousin ate it alone, after eating Zarandeado fish, shrimp and bean tacos...

This fellows eat like lions...[emoji22] [emoji22] [emoji22] [emoji22] ja ja ja

Now they are sleeping and snoring like lions too..

I ate octopus once. It's a little chewy, but quite tasty if you have the right dipping sauce.
