That guy there is Major Gregory "Pappy" Boyington in the U.S. following his release from a prisoner of war camp in Japan. He was released from the Omori Prison Camp, near Tokyo, on August 29, 1945

You can't contest the things that Gregory "Pappy" Boyington achieved. However, he did not have a stellar start to his military aviation career. He was kicked out of the Flying Tigers and rightfully so.

Sinatra probably wore that poor repo because he would have insisted on a brand new freshly tailored jacket instead of wearing a hand me down. He was a pretty demanding chap. Notice how neither Howard Hughes or Travolta can get a jacket that fits. Hughes' sleeves are too short, Travolta's too long.

Exactly, however Worf is somehow right, Pappy was also a boxer and a wrestler.

Fro the sake of History, Greg was never kicked out from the Flying Tigers, actually he "deserted" (even if it's not correct since they were all civilians) after an altercation with Chennault who didn't want to to recognise his six victories and wanted him to be assimilated in the Army Air Force, something that a real marine would have never accepted.

So he broke the contract and returned to the US to be enrolled in the Marines again and he got...what we should call "results".

Did you get it Dixon? IMDB is pretty Vague about this location and there is no appreciation to the Spanish railways in the end credits.
