Her parents put good life skills into her and her siblings, she cherishes her relationship with her 'mister,' she doesn't suffer fools but is still tolerant and she recognises the hand of friendship. I bet her Grandparents, if they are still with us, enjoy spoiling her and her siblings, every day.

1mach1, whether it's a felt or a straw that you have ordered, you are in for a treat. I am lucky enough to have both, the felt is a specialist colour to match a particular suit. The straw goes with most things, apart from inclement weather.

Well, all I have to say is that she is a real pleasue. I am excited to get a hat made from Tonak felt. I pretty much gave her free reign.

I totally agree. Esther is fantastic to work with. My first ever custom hat is on its way from Belgium to Australia and I'm really looking forward to receiving it.
