day9 the weather is really testing the commitment.... hopefully it would be the most rewarding as well. Really hard to see any progress on goat, is the real test of will.

Yeah, it doesn't seem to want to budge.
I had to switch to fur lined jacket this Tuesday because it was too freezing and impossible to wear an unlined leather jacket but was back in it right the next day. Today, too.

I'll give it a go! I'm already 7 consecutive days in, but just found this thread. About 4-6 hours a day for the last 7 days, and it's had on and off use since it arrived last month. I'll try to up the ante and keep it going for a full 30 days

I think you should add to the challenge by sleeping in it also. ).
I wore my Aero Dirt Rider (very heavy horsehide) after washing it (gentle cycle with Woolite Darks) for a whole day to try to get it to conform more to my body and then I slept in it overnight also - not a very comfortable situation and wife kicked me to the guest bedroom!

Man, I have actually been having minor anxiety just from thinking about the amount of jackets I've piled up lately - and it isn't even that much, I don't think I have more than 10, denim and leather combined. I'm trying to get rid of as many as I can and as soon as possible. Actually wanted to make a thread about how do people deal with having so many jackets...

None get as much wear as I'd like as I go thru several in one day and the worst part is, I can't stop babying them, even the cheapest of the cheap. Just annoying.

But yeah, I'm in!

Hey @Tommer45, do you find this hide has a very thin topcoat (dark brown)? It seems there is a whole lot of light brown showing through already.
