I don’t think I’m going to make it. Day 3 and I had to force myself not to bust out the j106. The leather is still quite angry. I’ve been wearing it zipped almost exclusively. I won’t be able to photo journal each day and I can’t say I’m going to try and complete the 30 days...I do promise to try to try.

I try to wear it as long as possible, i dont know if i actually hit 12hrs maybe not even 10 with current weather temp here. I wear it in the morning, park it on a hanger by noon, wear it again in the evening until night

I don't have much of a choice. My jacket collection consists of two;
a bomber style leather and a Pendleton Blanket backed jean jacket.
So I rotate depending on outside temp. And if I need something lighter than those I have a windbreaker.
If it's wet weather or raining I have two other options: a waxed cotton Barbour style and an Outback duster that I've had for almost 40 years.
So far I've not noticed any excessive wear on any of them other than the old duster, which is worn around the edges and shows it's age, but it still keeps me as dry as the day I bought it. When the rain is coming down in sheets and blowing sideways I grab the old duster.
