Just received this back today from Bob Jesse (BSHW). The brim had to be re-flanged. This hat has had at least two owners (maybe more) prior to me. The front of the brim was like cardboard. I could not snap it down without hard ridges showing. It kinda looked like corrugated cardboard. Anyway, Bob re-flanged it for me at no cost. Nice guy that Bob!

Everything on this one is custom, handmade or a one off. Everything. Even the brand for the brand/mark on the side had to be custom made. What a beauty!

He calls it Halo+one trim (meaning one trim stitch ring). I think he also offers Halo+two.
