As for the above in my neck of the woods: gray, rain, drizzle, mud, cold, umbrellas. Autumn/winter can cram it.

It's SEPTEMBER!!!!
He can come, I'll welcome him with:He's coming for you
Oh, yet another one.
Well:
Summer's GONE!
It's still horrendously hot around my neck o' the woods.
Definitely a spring and fall guy. Was trying to trim the vines around my decorative pond tonight. 95 with mosquitoes. What's to like? Earl
I do have to say I love Autumn decorations (your pictures are lovely) but the rain, cold, and gray affect my entire family quite badly.Summer's GONE!
Rain and cold effect me too. They both stink. :eusa_doh:I do have to say I love Autumn decorations (your pictures are lovely) but the rain, cold, and gray affect my entire family quite badly.
I'm not just a grump, you know. LOL
Darling creature.. it reaches out to a hot beverage. lol

Stiffness of joints is rather a year-round albeit intermittent thing for me already. Fashion-wise, cool weather months are my favorite. Can't put on my camel hair or wool sports jackets or my sweaters unless daytime highs stay a fair bit under 60 and can't really put on my topcoats til we're nearly into winter weather here. In Kansas, the calendar might even say winter while a daytime high of 60+ is far from unheard of. EarlI know.
In a couple of year, I'll probably dislike the seasonal changes, too: stiffness of the joints, headaches, mood swings.. lol
Starting to cool down here, low 90's.
And the trees have started to drop leaves.
No that's not autumn, they need to be watered.
Is it wrong to look forward to fall, because you have a better fall wardrobe than summer?
