Autumnal Thoughts........

I know I'm risking with this one, and I know James will find suitable Reaper-relateg .gif to post after this one, but, here goes:

:D

[h=2]Why Rain Sucks[/h]

1) There is no such thing as a “rain day” home from school.

2)There is a great possibility of getting “puddled” by a passing car.

3)Your ballet flats begin to smell like a dying animal

4)Your hair will turn into an afro.

5) Once you head out from work the Backstreet Boys are not outside waiting by your 2000 Chevy Cavalier singing Quit Playin’ Games With My Heart

6)One word: Poncho

7) Golf is rained out.

8) I don’t wear glasses..but if you do, it’s tough going in the rain.

9) How about coupling two of my favorite things: Waiting for the bus, in the rain.

10)Umbrellas are a joke. And if it’s a windy rainstorm, all bets are off.

Don't forget, if you drive your classic, you have to wash the thing.

Don't care?! Now you know how I feel about people who like Evil Snow. :p

Geez...lol! From what I have been seeing on the news about the bad weather hitting the Bay Area, I sure hope you are going to be safe. If it looks really bad, perhaps you can canoe around a while? On the serious side however, we have been saying some prayers for all of the Loungers to be safe from harm or problems due to these nasty storms. God bless you all. Keep you SAFE!

Don’t worry about us out here near The World’s Largest Outdoor Insane Asylum. The reports of the biggest storm in five years are wildly overblown. It is simply raining hard. It started about 6am and has continued alternating between raining and raining hard. No floods around here just me cleaning the neighbor’s damned tree leaves out of the gutter to keep them from clogging. It should be over by tonight or mid-morning tomorrow.
I can’t believe the hippie morons closed the schools around here. The private schools are still open though. :p

And it's headed in this direction. We're supposed to get the hardest rain here from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. (just in time for rush hour), but it's supposed to be raining all day Friday.

(And on the late news....."the Coast Guard reports sightings of what appears to be a man floating out to sea on what appeared to be a bed amidst the heavy storms this late evening... surrounded by what appeared to be evil elves that are treading water to keep up"....lol!:rain:
