I had a Fox Creek motorcycle jacket that was a mold magnet. I had to wipe it down every day. After loosing the battle for 6 months I sold it.
Once the mold spores get imbedded in the leather they are difficult to stop. I think it was just a bad batch of leather.
My house is kept at 35% humidity. I fought a tough battle but the spores won.

I mean I don’t know why you would buy a jacket that’s already moldy and restore it? Just save up your money for a better jacket or buy another used jacket that isn’t moldy. I’d rather buy a brand new polyester jacket than a moldy leather one imo.

Hello! Can anyone tell me what model of Schott this is, approximate year of manufacture? There is no tag with the model number. Thank you very much in advance!

Without the pocket tag it’s more difficult to determine age. I do know that Schott used the Leathercraft care tag until 2008, then switched to Arrow. So it’s at least prior to 2008, to me that jacket and Perfecto tag look to be in the 2000’s. I believe the model is a 641HH

I heard that in the 2000s they used felt between the leather and the lining. Does this mean that this jacket has felt and how can I check? Thanks!

I have heard/read that certain Schott jackets had the felt but I cannot speak on that as I have never seen or encountered one. Have you tried a Google search or searches on this site?
