Hey Jeff, thanks for looking. It's not green, not sure why it looks that way on your monitor. I would call it tan. Definitely more in the light brown family.

Yeah, monitors are funny... as are auto-white balanced photographs ;-)

I'm mostly taking cues from the hat band and desk, which are clearly brown, and makes the felt look more gray/green.

The Akubra and the Churchill are both still available. I've sold several hats on ebay since first posting these, and I'm a little baffled as to why nobody has nabbed these two. They're both in wonderful condition, barely worn, and priced very reasonably. The Akubra is now at $90 and the Churchil at $55. "Make an Offer" is turned on for both.
