This thread idea popped up when I ran across this hat shown in the Wall Street Journal monthly magazine. I literally cut and pasted the description and pricing (from the back of the mag) to make this easy.

Royal Ascot is the name of of a race horse meeting. It's famous for the outrageous hats that the ladies wear. This guy, at Royal Ascot, was not going to be outshone by the ladies.

But, it's not only Royal Ascot that attract crazy hats, I have heard it said that our American cousins like to embellish The Kentucky Derby with some interesting head wear, seriously?

But for everyday wear, this bling covered trilby lights the place up.

Hmm... those look like hoodies, IMO, Héctor. But I still muttered WTF when I noticed the nostrils on top of the hoodie on the guy on the right, so it definitely counts!

To me, the most WTF thing about that hat is the price! I've seen hats like that at a local 7-11, but a lot cheaper! Well, the saying that there's a sucker born every minute applies here.
