At first glance this looks like just another hat. The insert at the bottom of the picture tell the true nature, it's a hard hat. A neighbour of mine used to wear one at work, he had "HEAD HONCHO" emblazoned across the front, and on his white version it really stood out.

Not a WTF hat but the green one above reminded me of this one I wore every work day for about 18-20 months. When new it glowed in low light conditions.
