Overnight with a hat stretcher, this one will be good to go! If it is too large, just add some sawdust inside the sweat.

In my book these two say more for the art of wood turning than about hats. With all the vintage woodworking equipment Bob is buying his queue will grow quite quickly. Better get your name in soon.

I turned one of those walnut salad bowls in 7th grade woodshop. I have no idea whatever happened to that thing.

Alrighty, then... here's another WTF moment.
I searched "fedora" at this auction site, and this one came up, "Dad's Fedora."
Dads_Fedora_master.jpg

Looks interesting, so I followed up and found the price to be $10,000us, OBO.
WTF!!

Then, in another turn of the facts, I discover the listing is NOT even a vintage fedora, but (at best) a mediocre photograph of the hat, and not even properly styled. The visible front pinch was pushed out.
A picture of a hat for $10,000?!??

Shown here on some poor fool’s dining room wall.

Maybe $8,500 but no way it’s worth $10,000. Did you make them an offer?

It is a WTF moment, but it's not a photograph, but a painting in the ultra-realistic style. You must admit he had you fooled there (just not enough to part with 10.000 bucks).
