It is a matter of personal preference. I’m just grabbing a random pic and a pic of the above poster to illustrate this point further. If you notice, both wearers wear their jackets unzipped. However, the above poster has the jacket flared outward toward the waist (this is the effect of the...
I’ve tried sleeping in leather jacket before. If you tend to move around a bit during sleep like I do, the jacket would feel really restrictive and limit movements a lot. After I wake up, I felt my tendons (at the shoulder joint) really sore. It’s not recipe for a good night of sleep.
It looks like you hang your jacket unzipped. That would cause the sag in the shoulder toward the chest, not the waist.

44: arm length is fine but the body width is even...
Aliexpress is based out of China. RRL is mostly made in China so it is plausible that they have access to the local manufacturer of the real RRL stuff, assuming it’s not fake. But chances are if the prices are too good to be true, they are likely too good to be true.
The jacket is not bad, I’d wear it if I were peacocking and trying to look different or unique. But that pair of pants though—it’s gross, especially when paired together with the jacket. Both become too much.
