    It looks like you hang your jacket unzipped. That would cause the sag in the shoulder toward the chest, not the waist. It’s the same issues with button-front shirts. Always hang your jackets/shirts zipped up or buttoned up.

    Definitely the tubular pattern that makes the extra fabric scrunched up in the back. Look at where I circled in the photos, the waist is not a good fit. It should have draped closer to the body (with no extra fabric), not loosely with the extra space sticking out and the extra fabric scrunching...

    Agree with others, both are not a good fit. 42: arm length too short, and body width too baggy—see the folded/scrunched up leather showing on the back, that’s way too much extra fabric. Jacket is too long; it should have stopped above the belt. 44: arm length is fine but the body width is even...

    Aliexpress is based out of China. RRL is mostly made in China so it is plausible that they have access to the local manufacturer of the real RRL stuff, assuming it’s not fake. But chances are if the prices are too good to be true, they are likely too good to be true.

    You’re a size XL/42 in JP sizing, typically. Maybe 1 more size up actually. I’m at 5’9, 38” chest, 155 lbs and I’m a size L/40 in JP sizing.

    The jacket is not bad, I’d wear it if I were peacocking and trying to look different or unique. But that pair of pants though—it’s gross, especially when paired together with the jacket. Both become too much.
