Aero options balancing strong grain and good longevity

My new Field/Toni Idaho arrived today. Not being an expert in the field, I nonetheless dare to say, that the quality is the same as with my jacket made by the man himself. You are right. Where did you found these prices? When I was looking up the DHL prices for a large (60x60x40) and heavy parcel they quoted 83 quid. Ah, I just saw that you quoted from Aero. Maybe they subsidise their shipping fees- Daniel Veit

Maybe aero doesn't use DHL. I checked the prices on their (DHL) UK website and they are eye-watering. Giving the cost of living crises over there, the brits probably don't think much of it.- Daniel Veit

Fit check: 25" length vs 26" length on a 6'2" guy.
I think you have to take the fit of a jacket into account too. If it is tight as moto jackets usually are,, you are better off with a shorter jacket which doesn't hit you bum. That way it won't ride up. On looser fitting jackets it doesn't matter much. The exact length needed is in any case...- Daniel Veit

I just got the final quote for the 'Toni-Jacket'. 500+60 for modifications+90(!) for shipping to Germany = 650 pound sterling. Now I am thinking again... In the other direction it would only be 27 €. Brexit - what a splendid idea.- Daniel Veit
