    You should use hot stream and then stretch gently. Sehen you are satisfied just wear it until it is dry and cold again. No need to soak it completly. I got this advise myself from Hanna Hats, Donegal, Ireland, whose caps I hold in the highest regard. Good luck, Daniel

    True, but the lining is in good condition apart from the imperfections mentioned. They are all near the seam so I suppose the previous owner wore iron pants.

    Actually the jacket was made in march of 2019. The leather Shows very little wear if any, the lining has two little holes and a small tear. So I don't know wether it will give in.
