    Roma , I've had quite a few LW jackets with zippers and only had a problem with one: the pull broke and Stuart sent a replacement, I replaced it and there hasn't been a problem since. I bought one jacket from Stuart with a Crown pull only, no problem with that one.

    Goodwear Monarch Light Russet fit

    Looks like the right fit for an A2. If a proper military repro, they are designed and cut to fit like that. Anything bigger would be a mistake. I've been there, done that and paid the price!
