That is one cracking jacket you have Sir ! Going a size up often works for us broader blokes. Otherwise you can look like an overstuffed sausage ! With it being a little loose, the jacket can drape rather than stretch over the body.

Plus i can buy an Aero new for a lot less and get my money back if i don't like it.
The other issue is that people spend a fortune on a jacket, call it a keeper then...
Maybe if instead of bespoke jackets, JC made mostly off-the-peg sizes and varied the makers & hides and then just advertised on his website, maybe jackets would move quicker and he could make more of them. Perhaps even dropping the price..... everyone would have to accept that jackets would fit...
I just bought one from an online militaria dealer in the UK for £80 shipped. Said used but in box and mint as. That was around the original retail here so bearing in mind they've been out of production a while, i'm happy.
I've had plenty of modern bikes and toured far and wide on them but the old Beaser give me the biggest smiles and i can do 100% of the maintenance and 80% of any fixing myself.
I was out on it today. Next time i'll get the missus to take a pick
