They are quite different in feel, I used to have a D1 jacket which is similar to the B6. I would say for outright warmth the D1 may have been warmer but the half belt is not cold. Where the half belt wins is in its design, by comparison to the D1 it is longer in both the body and sleeve length...- Twit

Aero Bootlegger in super heavy cordovan horsehide – 44
I think my half-belt, which is also for sale, is made of the same batch of leather. I have often suspected that it was made in the storse era but it matters not, the leather is beautiful, if heavy! Good luck with the sale, it looks great.- Twit

Second jacket for sale... This one certainly is for sale! Bike jacket by Fox Creek, the leather in this is very thick but actually quite soft. Thanks, it is beautiful thing! I am almost tempted to put it in a case and hang it on the wall... The issue is that it never really gets cold enough for long enough to actually wear it.
