I think you probably had some wrong assumptions about Aero to begin with. They do customization in terms of details as well as sleeve and back length, but they don't do bespoke to individual measurements and - to my knowledge - never did.
But surely they can use your custom measurements to determine which stock size fits best? Also, I have had them taper my jackets down to account for a bigger than usual drop between shoulders/chest and waist. If you give them your measurements and give them a good idea how you want the jacket to...
I am curious to see the result. :)
As I stated before, I am more keen on derby boots than on Balmorals, though. I would very much like to see your take on this style. http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?19157-Balmoral-Boots&p=1843170&viewfull=1#post1843170
lordwinters, do they have taller sizes, like 40L or 42L? Having apish long arms I wouldn't mind the prices as long as I get something that I can actually wear. A trip to Stockholm would be a nice bonus.
Last weekend at the hypnosis convention in Zurich. German late 30s shadow stripe suit that came to me via Fastuni. The cap is a vintage Cricket casquette, shoes 40s Weyenberg oxfords, shirt by Luxire, and the tie is 30s or 20s silk brocade.
It certainly does. http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?63912-Custom-Aero-1930s-Slim-Fit-Halfbelt-in-Russet-Goat-Pictures!!!&p=1799049&viewfull=1#post1799049
I think the best bet for a 30s HB is goatskin. Much better drape and much more comfortable than the other leathers. I ended up selling my Chromexcel HB and now I am über happy with my goat jacket.
No, that's okay. It wouldn't have crossed my mind, but I tend to change a jacket to a jumper or cardigan, when I am at home. No need to put lots of creases in a jacket when you are repairing the kitchen sink. :)
