i'm not entirely convinced by the "peaked lapels work better than notch lapels with odd / solid trousers" hypothesis... but then i'm someone who thinks that peaked lapels work better than notch lapels in virtually any situation. ;)

i'm uncertain how they'd make up as tailored items as the fabrics are weighty but not dense; i.e. you can see quite a bit of light through the weave.

i find the breast pocket too eye-catchingly square. the lower pockets i like, but think round corners would harmonise with the jacket more.
Kilo, i hear you, however, i think that the brand's attempted appeal to a younger audience is precisely the point of the above.
like it or not, there is a generation of young men with a new interest in classic tailoring, albeit updated to a more modern silhouette.
