I like it very much and will buy it. I will try asking if Aaron can get one made with a 2 5/8 brim instead of 2 1/2 at the factory. I would be glad to pay extra. Everything else looks great! -

I think Gus Millers felt is perfect and is the best felt I have gotten from any custom hatters to do the kind of style I like. For the blocks that other people like maybe not but for me, yes. I love My Gus Miller Hat!:eusa_clap -

New Gus Miller Custom "Bogart"
Me too. I mangaed too fix the edges and smooth them out into the final block. Looks much much better than even before. It still has the "Nicholas" styling but with much more clean lines. You would swear it was done by a top of the line hatter in the 30's. Will post pictures very soon. Best... -

I used no steam only my hands with out any problem as the hat is super pliable. This fedora is 2 5/8 brim with a 2 inch band. The hat is my avatar has a 2 7/8 brim and a 1 3/4 band. The hat in my avatar in reality has a very strong blue cast in the grey and this Gus Miller hat as slight bluish... -

The hat is a mid grey with a slight cool tint. maybe a slight bluish tinge in natural light. From 1-10, 1 being the lightest 10 being the darkest, the hat is a 4. I asked him for a meduim grey that is NOT warm and has no brownish tinge and Gus recommend this mid grey with a slight bluish tinge. -

Thank you, yes I did. Before this hat, I had never had a modern fedora that naturally rolled down like Bogart in Casablanca. The pinch looks just slightly deeper in the pictures than in real life due to lighting but is is still a very deep tight pinch. -

From what I understand Art, Steve Delk, Gus Miller, and Gary White all use one or another grade of felt from Winchester. Correct me if I am wrong.
