What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

You folks are great. A real shot in the arm. Thank you. ------ I'll have to get back to you on the measurements, Mr. P., but I'll tell you that even with all that crown showing, it has a very deep teardrop crease.

What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

Thanks, Douglas. I'm not complaining, that's for sure. I'm plenty satisfied with my hats and I like my casual threads too, but I'd welcome it if I had more than a couple of occasions each year to put on a coat and tie. I'd give you a run for your money! :D --------------------- And speaking...

    Life in a Box

The sadder thing would be that no one bought them, appreciated them and shared them with others as you have done. Here's to you Harry - and to you TFT. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap Thanks!

Why are fedoras with prints so cheap?

lol That's funny (and obviously not a sound analogy on my part) because I too have a sturdy metal spork which is part of a folding kit of camp utensils. Kind of a Swiss Army Spork if you can picture it. Ever eat SPAM with a spork? It doesn't get any better than that. :D

What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

Along with the others, I too admire your style, Douglas, and am just a bit jealous that you get the opportunity to turn out so well each day. My days of business allowing for daily jacket/tie wearing seem to be firmly in my rear view mirror but I still consider it a privilege when I can dress up...

Why are fedoras with prints so cheap?

Not cheap in price but cheap in manufacture. But to ask why they aren't made better is like asking, "Why are plastic sporks so cheap? Why don't they make fine silverware for people to scoop cole slaw from a paper cup?"

Films you EXPECTED to be horrible...but weren't!

"Fight Club" I'd never heard of the book (dammit - wish I'd read it first) and the trailers for the film only seemed to emphasize basement brawling and bare-chested Brad. I thought that was all the movie was about and had zero interest in seeing it. Then I saw it. Wow, what a STORY. Very...

Ebay Hats: Victories, Defeats, Gripes & Items of Interest

Garrett, I LOVE that hat. Wish I could've tip-toed off with it for about $30 but my days of pulling that stuff seem to have passed. :D :eusa_clap

The Linen Suit with the Bullet Hole...?

Starting price is $165 when I just looked. And no bidders, if you can fathom that. Also, the seller's rating is 96.8%, one of the lowest I've seen still doing biz on the 'bay.
