No, I suspect it's Clear Beaver. The sweat band has been replaced sometime way in the past so any printed confirmation of that is gone. The color of the felt is a much more creamy yellow-ish hue than the sort of khaki/green/taupe nature of silverbelly.- HarpPlayerGene
