Yes, the fedora styles are more 30's and 40's but these styles can be spotted in pictures from the 20's especially the late 20's. It just wasn't the most common style. The most common style fedora in the 20's was a center dent with a 2 1/4 to 2 5/8 brim with shallow or No dents. Teardrop crowns...
I have to say in Little Italy, it is nothing but positive comments when it comes to wearing a fedora and suit.:) I wish it was the same for you. Maybe you should move out here.;)
