Engineer Boots, Harness Boots...
German motorcycle boots... could be anything between 1930's and 60's. Most likely 50's. Very similar in design to Luftwaffe pilot boots. Size marked as 8 1/2 - 9... old German system is same as British. Would be today EU 42.5 - 43. Too small for me unfortunately. - -- Fastuni

Any plus four aficianados out there...
This German instruction from the 1930's is illustrated and easier to understand (for me at least... :D). In the end one only needs wide enough throusers, cut or sew in curved "wedges" and make a hem-strap with buckler or add a string or button. Source: www.return2style.de- Fastuni

Yes, trenchfriend it is a kind of Velours or Velveton... faux "Suede" made from Cotton. Are you interested in this jacket? It's a slim Sz. EU 50 Long. @Metatron Very curious suit! Perhaps the trousers were downsized by a tailor to fit a younger family member. I am sure it is German... nice... -
