Well... all features are rather typical for German/European late 1930's to mid 50's. The square, padded shoulders, the silhouette/waist-nipping, the zipper-puller...
in other words: I can't see a detail that would be totally contrary to the late 1930's.

The felt is smooth and not long-haired (ala Velour or Melusine).
Ultra-rare German ca. 1900 - 1910's three-piece four-button suit.
Incredibly good condition and wearable size UK/US 42 Long!
The cloth is strong, thick and scratchy all-wool in a heathered charcoal grey.
(Also has four wild-patterned "Regattes"-ties and a black hat by J.Seidel Munich)

Fleamarket find... German motorcyclist jacket with nice patina and soft leather.
Tagged "Qualitäts Bekleidung" (quality clothing). Front zipper by "Ritsch", pocket zippers by "Zipp".

The first one is size 58 cm, the second size 57 cm.
Though both are the same style and model name ("Bürstel Electra") the lining is different (polished cotton vs. silky lining). Also the first leather has silver, the other gold embossing.
A dark-grey/salt & pepper medium weight German street suit from 1934 - 1938 (type of the ADEFA label).
In the pockets was a 1943 dated ticket for a visit of the Planetarium at the Berlin Zoo and a post-1949 newspaper clipping for the sale of young cows and pigs. I assume it belonged to a farmer...
