@Tukwila
Yes these are European sizes. Just deduct 10 for US/UK sizes. EU 50 is US/UK 40 for example.
I will tommorrow have time to add detailed measurements in cm and inches to the listings.
@MondoFW
I will try to fix that or add images here. Really odd... usually when offering...
Odd... I think the direct links will work internationally.
Note that English descriptions (one could also use an online translator) and measurements will be added tommorrow.

The left one is an breezy crochet type silk tie.
(By the way... all my Photobucket images are visible on the FLounge again.)
Never mind the 1954 date.
British suit styles were quite conservative... the typical late 30's and 40's style was dominant until 1956.
Most 50's British suits are almost indistiguishable from earlier years.

Brown tartan wool lining with satin lining for sleeves and upper body.
It has 4 rows of working buttons and can be closed at the neck against cold wind.
It buttons both ways... on the photo it is...

French 1940's bespoke navy blue DB suit.
Great condition and lovely details... note the typical keystone belt-loops and square shoulders.
