Welcome.
I have seen them (in gray), previously, on ebay while scouring through Lee jackets. However, I never paid too much attention to them since my interest was elsewhere. So, I believe it was produced by Lee. In what numbers, I haven't any idea.

^ I am conscious of this, as well. And have, at times, avoided wearing denim jackets with jeans. Though, it's occurred to me that it's only "natural" to wear them together, if you choose to do so. However, I do avoid wearing a denim shirt along with blue jeans and a denim jacket. :)

I love the Lee Stormrider's (101-lj) and the Lee 101-j's. I own both, 1960's versions. I have a late 60's Levi's type III denim jacket (Big "E"). Additionally, I have two early 70's Levi's type III corduroy trucker jackets (brown and khaki/tan). Both of those jackets are great and very...
In the 50's and maybe 60's, Lee made a 100-j. It was just like the 101-j, but it was made from an off-white canvas. This seems to be something similar (obviously, I suppose), but from the 1970's. Unfortunately, by that time, Lee's label weren't as distinctive, at least, not obviously so.

How did we ever survive without all of the denim experts?
Just like with jeans, you have to go up, slightly, in size to allow for shrinkage. Denim is meant to be washed, dried and worn and washed and dried again. Whether it's boutique denim or a pair of Levi's from JC Penney's, denim always...
The "Betty" character doesn't bother me, so much. However, I understand what you guys mean as far as the character being irrelevant goes. I'm not sure if the producers or network have any obligation to January Jones, but as far back as May 2013, she said "Goodbye won't be an easy one for the...
Yeah, I think he said that "Clyde" had the attention span of a 5 year-old. He directed that movie and said that he just kept the camera rolling, during scenes with the orangutan(s) or something along those lines.

I'm sure a lot of people consider it a throwaway movie. It is silly, but silly in a fun way, I think. To me, it's a bit of a classic, as well.
In the interest of full disclosure, Clint Eastwood is another one of my favorites (maybe my overall favorite) along with John Wayne, Steve McQueen, Paul...
Born To Kill (1947) starring Claire Trevor, Lawrence Tierney and Walter Slezak along with Phillip Terry, Audrey Long, Elisha Cook Jr. and Isabel Jewell.
I wasn't thrilled with the it, but it's not a bad film, either.

I Wake Up Screaming (1941) starring Betty Grable, Victor Mature. Carole Landis and Laird Cregar.
It's so good that it must be considered a film noir (or any genre) classic.
