    That's a chinese made Type I trucker. You can find them on AliExpress. Quality is OK, not comparable to high end jackets we normally talk about, but $70 is such a low price for something like that, you can't really go wrong with it. New they're normally around $250-300.

    The Arrow and the Gambler are the same pattern. Leather, lining may vary. Thurston seems to be the only seller using the Gambler name as far as I'm aware, I don't know why they changed the name, probably marketing reasons. Vanson will do customization. Call and ask for details.

    Thinking about it more, depending on how old the jacket is, Schott may be the best way to go. They might still have scraps of the original leather used, and if so that would be the way to go, assume they're willing to do the repair.
