Probably 70s or later. Beaver 50 would have been a higher end felt (there was also a 100 and 150 at points in the timeline), but from a decade of overall lower quality when compared to the immediate post war period. -

Stingy #2 is a VS Playboy in lightweight beaver, black cherry. Hard to make out in this pic, but Art did add a double row of stitching in red on the 2 1/4" brim. It's too bad this Winchester (presumably) felt isn't more widely available. Still one of my favorites. -
