I ordered one of their jackets but returned it bc of some qc issues. The leather and price was pretty nice, but my jacket had some serious issues that I couldn’t overlook. It had a very thin cotton/poly lining that was drooping a good couple of inches below the hem, the back top panel of the...

I made 8oz leather insoles and they fit me a lot better with them in, but my 9.5e Wesco 7500 still fit a lot better. It seams like the flat head boots have a wider/more sculpted heel with a higher instep. They will probably fit a 10.5d, 10.5ee, and 11d on a Brannock. Maybe an 11e if you have a...
Purchased these black chromexcel boots from self edge and wore them no more than 3 hours total. I believe these are made by John Lofgren for The Flat Head. Really nice boots but just too big for me. They run 1 size larger than Brannock size and 1/2 bigger than Wesco, Whites, and Chippewa...
I would probably start a little more conservative for your first jacket. You want to feel comfortable wearing it out and not self conscious. For me personally, I would wear a cafe racer collared jacket with regular non zippered sleeves, or if it had a regular collar, I wouldn’t mind the...

I can tell you that my Vanson Oxford is the most “tailored” jacket I own. Can’t imagine someone wearing it is a large belly.
I just placed an order for a wills jacket. Hope I don’t have to wait 7 months for mine. I do like most of his IG content, but the owner does get fired up pretty easily from some of the posts.
Also, I guess iron & resin knocked off his jacket but agreed to stop selling it after the owner was...
Seems like the topcoat is great for water & abrasion resistance, but is not conducive to treatments. Regardless, I would never go 20 years before treating my jacket. Why gamble on it drying out. Even if you don’t wear it, the humidity level in your house can cause the leather to dry. Might...
