    The previous owner mentioned that he changed the underarm brass grommets himself as the stock Aero ones were coming loose. He restitched the lining with a different colored thread. This is the picture he shared, I think he did a decent job.

    That's good to know. My Field Leathers Chicago also gave me arm hickeys before stretching out. Will do! Don't have much experience with the Hookless zippers but the one on this jacket feels less robust than on the FW Mulholland. Has slightly smaller teeth as well. Gonna be performing surgery...

    It really is. Mine is also fraying even though it's less than a year old with light wear. It still closes fine though. I've read that sometimes it happens but doesn't get any worse after the initial fraying. Beautiful jacket. GLWS!
